AT TIMES I HAVE TO USE MY MEDICATION EVERY TWO OR THREE HOURS.

CAN I GET THAT MUCH?

Maybe. First you need to talk with your doctor. Your doctor may write you a new prescription for more medicine, or might change your prescription to a medicine that lasts longer.

WILL MEDICARE PAY FOR MORE MEDICINE?

Maybe again. Medicare, under certain conditions, will pay for up to 465 milligrams per month (about 180 doses of Albuterol). Your doctor will have to provide the pharmacy with a letter explaining your specific physical conditions that require you to take your medicines more often. We will submit your doctor's letter along the bill to Medicare and they will decide if you meet their qualifications for payment.

If this does not answer your question, please call America's Best Care Plus, toll-free, at 1-800-638-6305. Our pharmacy staff are available to answer questions 24 hours a day.
